About Us...

Central Wisconsin Electric Cooperative (CWEC) is an electric utility serving approximately 7,100 members on 1,500 miles of electric lines. Members are located in parts of Waupaca, Portage, Shawano, and Marathon counties. The Co-op is governed by a Board of Directors elected by its members. We are founded on seven principles that still guide us today.
