Executive Assistant/Benefits Administrator

Central Wisconsin Electric Cooperative (CWEC) is looking for a highly motivated team member to join our Rosholt, Wisconsin office at 10401 Lystul Road as a full-time Executive Assistant/Benefits Administrator. The Executive Assistant/Benefits Administrator will:

  • Provide efficient and professional administrative support services for the Board of Directors and President/CEO.

  • Administer all aspects of the Cooperative’s employee benefit programs.

  • Develop and administer policies, job descriptions, and other duties relating to personnel matters.

  • Assist the Manager of Member Relations in implementing member programs as directed.


  • Demonstrated experience with human resources and corporate administration required.

  • Must have strong written and oral communications skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment.

  • Ability to manage complexity and solve analytical problems.

  • Strong work ethic and self-confidence.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. CWEC offers a strong benefits package including a defined benefit plan, 401(k) and medical insurance.

Communications Intern Position

Central Wisconsin Electric Cooperative is looking for a highly motivated team member to join our Rosholt Office at 10401 Lystul Road as a full time Communications Intern.  Minimum qualifications include: knowledge of marketing concepts,public relations techniques, computer related software knowledge, research and writing skills, and social media knowledge. This position will be open in September 2018.
