A non-refundable staking fee will be required to be paid prior to any site visit the staking fee will apply towards the construction fee.

Note – The above fees are based on 200ft.
Any footage over 200ft is an additional $5.50 per ft.
All fees and charges are required to be paid before construction will be scheduled.
The member or their contractor will be responsible for providing the material and the installation of service wires from the point of metering to the location of the load according to applicable codes and specifications. The Cooperative shall not be under any obligation to inspect and certify compliance with applicable codes and shall not assume any liability in this regard.
The member will pay all out of ordinary costs determined by the Cooperative.
