Automatic Payment Options

Save time with Central Wisconsin Electric Cooperative’s

Automatic Payment Options.

In addition to paying your bill with check or cash we are pleased to offer you the following payment options:

  1. Online Payment with a Check or Credit Card. Not only can you pay your bill in a convenient secured manner, you can also access account information including payment and usage history. Go to www.cwecoop.com for more information.
  2. Automated Clearing House (ACH). With this option your monthly bill is deducted automatically from your checking or savings account on the 4th of each month. To enroll please call our secure phone line at 855-963-3774 or follow the instructions below for recurring payments.
  3. You can also set up recurring Credit Card payments monthly to be deducted on the 4th of each month. To enroll please call our secure phone line at 855-963-3774 or follow the instructions below for recurring payments. We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover and American Express.

Steps for setting up the Recurring payment option with the Secure Phone Line:

  1. Make sure you have your electric account number and then call 855-963-3774.
  2. Choose Option 2 to inquire on your account.
  3. Choose Option 5 to setup a PIN number.
  4. You will be asked a security question of what your current balance due is. Once you enter the amount it will ask for a 4-digit PIN number of your choice. It will then take you back to the beginning menu.
  5. Choose Option 2 to inquire on your account.
  6. Choose Option 4 to setup Recurring payments and follow the steps to enter the information for your bank or your card.

Steps for setting up the Recurring payment option with Smarthub:

  1. Make sure you have your electric account number and then go to our website www.cwecoop.com or click here and skip to No. 3 below.
  2. Then click on the “Billing” menu and choose “Pay Your Bill.”
  3. Click “Register Now.”
  4. Once you are registered, click on the left-hand side of the screen on “Bill & Pay” and choose “Auto Pay Program.”
  5. From there you will need to accept the terms and then click on the “Enroll” button.
  6. Choose the type of payment you want to use.
  7. Enter the banking or card information and choose Continue. ­­­­­­­­­
